Returns Policy
Here at The Dainty Box, it’s super important to us that you are happy with your DB order and we therefore understand that sometimes an exchange or refund needs to be made.
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchange on items, this includes all earrings, hair accessories, and any personalised or specifically sourced items. This policy is in place so we can provide the highest standards of hygiene and protect the health and safety of our customers so please make sure that your items are perfect for you before ordering. We do however offer an exchange or refund if the items you have received are faulty.
Faulty items:
In the instance of a faulty item we ask you to contact us via email at thedaintyboxx@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the fault. We would also ask that you provide images of the issue so that we can understand better.
Refund process:
Once we have been able to assess the fault we will provide you with further steps on how to return the item.
Worth noting:
We do not provide paid shipping for returns and we ask that if you are returning anything to us that you make sure the items are in the condition in which you received them, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee a full refund.
We do accept responsibility for items that are lost in the post when being returned so we advise that you use a tracking service such as Royal Mail Tracked.
Lastly:
As our items are made from a variety of materials if you have any allergies or are sensitive to materials such as zinc or nickel then we recommend you do not wear our accessories as they can cause irritation or reaction.
